We started the day with vocational tours. Mari went to a glass studio, Maria went to early childhood education center and Anna-Karin and Patrik to Collinsville water and wastewater treatment plant.

Lunch and team presentation at the Edwardsville Collinsville Rotary Club meeting.

The van the team continued to Petersburg for an other presentation at there club and new host families. Petersburg are a small village with 2200 inhabitants.

Next day Patrik and Anna-Karin went to the Illinois EPA (environmental Protection Agency) in Springfield. A very interesting information.

Maria went to another preschool. Prescools/daycare here are taking care of children from the age of only 2 month.

In the afternoon the team met at the Lincoln's New Salem State Historic Site before having a potluck dinner at one of the host families. They also showed us some pictures of what a tornado can do to a house. Thanks to Norm and everybody in Petersburg Rotaryclub for your hospitality.
